Paint Updates

Paint now properly reflects surrounding lights, instead of relying on a pre-made environment map

Improved Water

Water now has the ability to receive high-quality specular highlights from all real-time light sources in the environment.

Dynamic Portal Lighting

The old method for handling dynamic portal lighting has been completely replaced to make use of the Clustered Renderer.
